Reservation Policy 

Reservations are possible through the online booking system components, via telephone or via e-mail. 
Reservations are possible for the “Live the experience” accommodation package of 7-day duration, or for the “Taste the experience” accommodation package of 3/4 day duration. In order for a reservation to be valid, an advance payment / deposit of 30% will have to be made. In case of booking 25 days before arrival you should pay for the total reservation.
This is performed instantly when booking online, or in 3 working days when booking off-line. A reservation confirmation will take place via e-mail or phone, where dates of departure and arrival, name(s) of reservation and deposit amounts will be confirmed.
In the event that you do not receive a reservation confirmation for more than 24 hours after finalizing your booking, please contact us. The establishment retains the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations which are not accompanied by valid credit / debit card data or an advance deposit payment. Payments are accepted using VISA or MasterCard cards.

 

Cancellation Policy  

In the unfortunate event where you may need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies: 
In the event where cancellation takes place more than 27 days before arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full. In the event where cancellation takes place between 7 days and 26 days before arrival, a total of 30% of total accommodation cost will be charged. In the event where cancellation takes place 6 days or less before arrival, cancellation is no longer possible and the full accommodation amount will be charged.
